Where is the dome lamp switch in the 2006 Pontiac Torrent? The owners manual says what is does but does not show where it is on the dashboard.

The dome light is usually activated by using the headlight multi-function switch. Sometimes there is a dome over ride button.

After having the car cleaned, the dome light wouldn't come on automatically. The manual tells you the three settings for the switch but doesn't tell you where the switch is located. Searched Google and many who don't really know the answer seem willing to take a guess. Here's the answer - the switch is located on the BACK SEAT DOME LIGHT!!
Thank you so much. I've been trying to find the switch for over a month. All I had to do was come to Google. He's exactly right. It's on the backseat light swich . Must be in the middle position.
