When I brake my pontiac torrent 06 the brake light
don't light up now all the bulbs work and the lights
are on but when I brake it doesn't light the fuse
burns out all the time we checked the brake pedal
sensor and it's good what can it be that's making
the fuses burn out every week? Help please TIA

You have a grounded wire in that circuit. Check the wiring in the trunk to see if you can locate a pinched or misplaced wire, also if you have installed any aftermarket stuff under the dash check to see which wires you tapped, I hope this helps. Take care

Thanks so much for taking the time that's what i had read that maybe a wire but where exactly is it located in the trunk? And I haven't i haven't installed anything in the truck please give me feedback thanks ☺

The tail lights and brake lights are 2 totally separate circuits the brake light fuse probably blows the first time you step on the brake pedal the first time after changing the fuse, if it takes a while for the fuse to blow I would check to make sure the bulbs are the right number and the fuse is the right amperage. You can install a circuit breaker in place of the fuse then hold the brake on for about 30 sec then start to feel for warm/hot wires under dash and trunk the hot wire will lead you to the problem
