CD PLAYER ERROR

My CD PLAYER has a error, it won't let me put in nor take out a cd. I can hear the radio just fine, but the cd player is not working. I can see on the screen of the radio:  CD CHANGER ERROR CDO T27 How can I fix my cd player? Do I need any password? Dealer told me that my warranty does not cover that!!!!

buy a new deck, or a second hand one. that gone tru.
