I,m not sure but I do know the Sunfire and cavalier are the same. I run 14" in winter and 15" in summer. Another thing to consider is the rim itself. Will it fit over calipers or not.
you can check bolt patterns at www.tirerack.com. Look in the 'wheels' section, it will tell you what the pattern is for each car.
