how do you fix a 2004 Pontiac Bonneville over full of oil and doesn't want to start

The simplest answer is usually the best. Can you try draining some oil out by having the plug pulled and try restarting. Or, have the car towed to your garage mechanic and have them do it. How did this get overfilled?
