Site will not accept VIN number

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

Site will not accept the VIN number.
I have it on the registration and window sticker

The letters O, I, and Q are not used after 1980. If you have an O it's a zero, if you have an I it's the number one. Hope that helps! Jim

That did not do the trick. The car is a 2021 model purchased the end of 2020. Can I have a link where I could manually put in the actual VIN? Briuce
