Car won't start after replacing ignition switch

I put a new ignition switch in my
2004 Pontiac Sunfire, all the dash
lights com on but it will not start no
cranking or anything

Just to be certain it was the ignition switch and not the key and tumblers. That switch has no adjustments on it so where it's mounted is where it stays, so a possible bad switch or wiring/connector issue. Now if you replaced the key and tumblers the security system will need to be reconfigured to recognize the new parts, a locksmith can usually do this.

Yea just the switch, the car would start before I put the new switch in.

Then use the wiring diagram to find out what wires activate the crank circuit and see if you have power coming out to the starter when in the crank position, if not you have a bad switch, if you do then there is a problem with the wiring or something down the line.
