How do I rate a dealer you have an add for but I did not contact thru you. We had horrific service and would like others to know.

Asked by Pontiacvibeawd Aug 13, 2014 at 10:28 AM about the 2004 Pontiac Vibe Base AWD

Question type: General

The dealer does not prep the car. hands you the key and sends you on the way. Very poor service and cannot close the door fast enough to prey on another individual.

When you buy a car from a listing from a Dealer here, they send you an email asking you to review the dealer. But if the deal did not come by way of CarGurus, there is no way. I have tried. Unless things have changed or I missed something. Click on that orange "?" on the lower right of this page and ask there, they are really good at getting back to you quickly ..Was this a New Car Dealer or a used-car lot?
