2003 Pontiac Vibe AC not working and radiator cooling fan not working

Heard ac will not work if cooling fan does not work.  Jumped the cooling fan motor to the battery, fan does work.  Checked all fuses and relays, all appear to be good.  Yet, cooling fan will not start and ac compressor does not engage.  Any comments or ideas are appreciated.  Thanks.

i have the same issue on an 04 pontiac vibe checked fuses and relays, and filled freon still compressor wont engage if you had any luck please let me know
