You have a loose connection. I'm going to say the blower motor or blower motor resistor would be a good place to start looking.

I cannot name the part you may need, but when my blower fails to start, I rap the removable cover below the glove box at a point in front of the passenger seat. At one time I had a piece of tape stuck there to mark the spot, but it fell off. I can hit the cover (while stopped in traffic) with the padded end of a fishing pole. And this always works for me. There are about three connection blocks mounted forward of the spot to hit. The one to at fault is possibly the black one, but I have never been able to do a proper repair or to id the cause of the problem. I just identified the spot to hit (on my 2002 SLE) and marked it with a piece of tape, which has now fallen off. I can do it without the cover removed.
