Re-read your question, its out there. But need to pull the pads/shoes and look and check you wheel bearings too, because bad bearings sound just like brakes grinding.

Ceramic pads/shoes will make grinding sound but do not actually grind the rotors. If you rotors are getting grounded then either they are not installed correctly or they are metal to metal.
My front brakes the pads themselves are perfect it's the back brakes they are grinding and grabbing why would that happen if the front brakes or not worn? Usually the front pads wear first and then once you delayed that changing the back brakes start being the primary in my experience but I'm a trim Carpenter not a mechanic so any ideas are helpful thanks guys
