the front turn signals and
blinkers does not work. But the
rest ones do, but only when the
hazard lights are on.

I would think like the previous person said the turn signal switch which i think is a round cylinder looking thing and it makes a ticking sound when you turn the hazards on or turn signals on or it could be a couple burned out light bulbs I would start there with those two things and check your fuses and then after that if it's not those things it might be something in your wiring check those first.

WOW! Try replacing the flasher unit first. Remember, the bulbs could be the 2 filament type - one for directionals, tail and parking lights, the other for flashers and brake lights. If not the flasher, then double check the bulbs for both filaments if so equipped.
