2021 Lexus RX450h tire noise.

I purchased car oline and wasn't able to find one nearby to even test drive.
Moved up from 2012 Lexus ES 350. Smooth quiet ride. Incredibly disappointed
with road and/or tire noise on the 2021. It's only got 26k miles and original
Bridgestone tires. Is this normal? Is there a fix?

26 K check the tires for cupping, if they were never rotated they will do this and cause noise, however the RX series is more a utility vehicle than a car so you will notice more road noise and handling changes. Tire types are different from a car to a SUV, stiffer sidewalls, wider and bolder tread design all effect road noise. You can try better undercoating if it really bothers you but some noise will always be there.

Is cupping a permanent condition to the tires or will rotating them now make a difference? Thanks!

Permanent. Rotating might help but it only changes the noise front front to rear.
