someone tried to steal my car I am trying to fix it does the car have a fuel pump relay

yep, should be under the hood somewhere, or you could get a Haynes manual for the car and it should tell you where it is. also, I have had luck calling dealer service departments and asking them locations of certain parts on certain vehicles.

Pull the starter relay instead, that way it won't even crank. It's in the power distribution box under the hood
