Bad pulley or bad serpentine belt
I was Driving home yesterday and i lost
power in my car. At first it didnt wont to
start but i turned it again applied some
acceleration and it stayed on. I didn't drive it
for awhile. I started the car and this time it
came right on no problem. But while i was
driving i heard a sharp squeal sound. I
thought of my pulley but then my belt
popped off. But the car kept running. I get
out the car and check . .. Yes the belt is off.
So now do i just replace the belt or did the
pulleys cause the belt to break?
