Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I replaced the fuel pump, starter and fuel filter and
my van still won't start. I got spark and a good
battery.  It has spark but it won't fire off.  When I
Crack it.  It acts like it's running out of gas.  I do
have good fuel pressure. No security light and not
even carb cleaner helps.

May be a bad fuel regulator. Also you may have to do a fuel bleed down test, checking if the injectors are leaking. Another thing to do is to make sure the intake manifolds are snugged up.

Well I got it for free and was told it just died while they were driving. They said it was the fuel pump. Could these issues cause it to just die and have to be towed?
