where can I find a new power distribution box for this car.  It's the fuse box
under the hood and it's terribly cracked.

Try a salvage yard. If they don't have one in their yard, they can put a call out to other yards and have it shipped. There's probably a range of years and models one would work from, they would know which cars are compatible.
