2021 equinox, Bluetooth/infotainment/steering wheel control issues

Asked by Ali21412 Jun 03, 2023 at 12:14 AM about the 2021 Chevrolet Equinox LT AWD with 1LT

Question type: General

I have a 2021 equinox and a Samsung 21 phone. Random times my phone will
continue to show on an active call on the screen even after I have hung up.
After that, if a call comes in, I sometimes can not answer it with the steering
wheel controls or on the car screen. There are additional issues of not being
able to hang up via the steering wheel controls.  Is this a phone issue or the
infotainment system or possibly the steering wheel control wiring?

Check with the dealer and see if there is an update for the infotainment system.
