Has spark and fuel.wont start

I have a 99 sunfire gt 2.4L that has spark
and fuel but wont start even with starting
fluid.it turns over fine.could it be a computer
problem or timing chain.i havent checked
compression yet

Chk for spark and fuel psi.. you should hear the fuel pump kick in when you turn the key on. More that lilely not the computer.
I checked for spark.it has coil packs.all cylinders are getting spark.checked fuel at rail and is getting fuel when key is on.it does have a security system and a remote start system.would that control the fuel pump and spark.the computer is not pulling any codes either.i replaced spark plugs and boots allready
The security system eill shut off the injestors.. if you have a test light.. unplug an injector and conect the light to the 2 terminals.. have a griend crank the engine and test light should flash.
