My air is not getting cold like it should when I turn on my ac I have rechared the system with new freon and oil what else can I do

Not sure. When mine got cold I had a dealer flush out the entire A/C system and replace all of the fluids and it was cold again, but it sounds like you have done something similar. There is an air conditioning fluid called "Subzero" that I have heard works very well in older systems to keep them cool.
