Wher is the relay switch on a 1997pontiac sunfire

There are a number of relays, all located in the fuse panel. Check your Owner's manual, there will be a picture identifying each one. What exactly is the problem with the car?

My car battery is new my car engine light came on last night. It starts then when you try again it does not and makes no sound at all. Someone told me it is the relay fuse. Could it be
