When you say Fan. You mean the radiator/condenser cooling fan or the blower motor under the dash?
johnnychopper answered 7 years ago
blower fan inside the car has a good ground.no power to the blower fan.a/c compressed doesn't kick in

There could be a couple causes. A failed blower motor resistor, or a bad wire coming out of the resistor to the blower motor. Or a bad climate control unit. Both of these were common on mid 90's Gm vehicles. You did check all the fuses right?
johnnychopper answered 7 years ago
yes. i check all fuses swap relays.climate control seams to be working, all lights and temperature settings, and settings are working. i will check the resistor. thank you very much for your time and effort... thanks again

thanks steve ... at the resistor i found wire harness plug fried, and melted. i have a new plug coming from the hub in the morning... i have another question for you. 1999 dodge intrepid. i just got done rebuilding the 2.7 motor.it fired up and ran no problems... now this is were i messed up. i unplugged the ppm to rerought the wire harness.dint know to disconnect the battery .i believe i fried the computer. computer to check the codes came up bust. my question is who repairs the pcm ?

Typical issues with the resistor connector. As for the intrepid.... There are a few places that repair computers. All of them, unless you live very nearby one of them require you to mail it to them. But before all that. Why do you think the PCM fried? Symptoms, problems?

put a new snap on computer on it. reading bust, power to injectors, no power to coil packs. new bwd crank, and crank sensors, it mite be another broken needle pin in the connector, i work part time in my friend shop when I'm home. .i don't like modern technology this is my daughter car. this is the second motor i built. rods through block... I've been a long distance owner operator truck driver, i do a lot of my own repairs, use to turn reaches years ago, befor computers.

If the snap on scan tool communicates with the computer. You probably have a ground open somewhere. If the injectors pulse and there is no spark. something is not getting information. 2.7/3.5 Chrysler engines are bad about losing time after a rebuild if the chain tensioners don't come on line fast enough. Unplug the cam sensor on the front of the drivers side cylinder head. If it starts it's out of time. If it doesn't start after unplugging the cam sensor. check for open grounds especially at the back of the cylinder heads. and the big black plastic coated one that goes to the strut tower.
