Hi Friends, Recently i purchased a Dodge Durango SXT 2021, its almost three
week only. But my question in this short period if my Car Kilometer speed will
cross above 120 KM/per hour, is it harmful for my car engine, please advise

That new you should drive it with varying speeds nothing steady until you reach between 5 to 700 Kilometers, then you can drive normally. What hurts the engine is the RPM until it get everything seated, so you should not red line it at every shift point. Also on initial start up let the engine idle for a just few minutes before driving, especially if it’s really cold.
No it won't hurt your engine at all I've driven it over 100mph plenty of times and still runs great
