You don't, sorry to say. Well you could if you want to do 5 times the work and 3 times the cost.
Pull the motor. Pull the head and oil pan. Have the head done. Hone the cylinder. Replace all parts you can Or just take that money and invest in a newer car. It maybe time to say goodbye to your old friend.
A rebuilt engine will be cheaper, and less work. I'm with BoholMark - save your $$, look for a new car.
