Where is the connection under my hood to hook up my horn for my 2012 Volkswagen Jetta ?

I had taken my car in to have the front
bumper fixed and when I got it back  the
horn had been disconnected.......

who fixed it ? commonly the horn is in the fender but some times in the front. tho i think its either down front in the left or right of your car. Who ever did the bumbper work tell them to fix it as its there responsablity to do so especialy if you need to remove the bumper again.
