Question type: General

95 Escort.- so sometimes when I try
to crank it up, it tries too, but doesn't
turn over all the way. SO what I do, I
literally unhook and plug back in the
negative side of the battery, then it
cranks right up. So it's got to be
something electronic. Please help me
out. Btw my water pump needs
replacing too but it couldn't have
anytging to do with it being
electronic. So what could it possible
be?

The water pump is separate. You have a bad ground wire. Clean the battery posts. Clean ground wireless that gos to the frame front the battery. You figured it out you just didn't know it.
