I am considering buying a 2005 Cayenne S with 55,000 kms. It is a 4.5l V8. Are there any issues with this model year I should be concerned about?

Hello, I am not too sure about the 2005's. I think the are pretty solid basically and the stated km's on your target vehicle are low. Under hood heat on any V8 955 have been known to create premature degradation of vacuum boost lines and I believe that the plastic coolant lines that were once standard on the earlier model years had been replaced by 2005 with metal. If by chance you do not commit to that one and would be interested in my 2004 Twin Turbo let me know . I am selling it as listed being a good deal. Regards,
Now selling a 2005 Porsche Cayenne S - It's truly an amazing ride. Check my listing, it's a steal: http://www.cargurus.com/Cars/garage/viewGarage.action?profileOwner=2281515#carsForSale I would keep it if it was not for the 17MPG... and my wife who wants a smaller car.
