how many quarts of oil in the 2005 Porsche cayenne

I have a 2005 CAYENNE it sat for 3 years and now when I start it, it has a tapping sound sound like it may be a lifter noise? what should I  do to quiet that down?

On vehicles that have set for extended periods of time and have lifter noise issues when I get them back running I add sea foam to the oil. Use only as directed on the can. Allow it to idle for about thirty minutes or more(do not rev the engine up. Only let it idle). The noises should start to become less noticeable as the sea foam cleans everything. Then immediately change oil and filter. This should fix that for you. I
