issues have repaired, I even hired the lemon squad co to inspect the car
and the report came back that there are no issues with the car. the car has
15,000 miles the original sticker price was $60,000 Now the asking price is
$34,000 I would like to buy this car.
Should I buy it or not? And If I buy it how much should my offer my 1st. offer

You don't want it! The vehicle was bought back by the manufacturer because it has some kind of issue that the Dealer tried to fix multiple times and couldn't. It could be something random or intermittent that may not have shown up during the inspection. It usually takes a lot of fighting to get the manufacturer to buy a vehicle back. Sometimes lawyers are involved and the court system. It's not something to be taken lightly! Many years ago a friend bought a late model, at the time, Ford Thunderbird that had been bought back by Ford for the brakes under The Lemon Law. The brakes were always spongy. He took it to multiple places and could never get rid of the spongy pedal. He got rid of it as soon as it was paid for. Keep shopping, vehicles with a branded title are usually not a good buy! This one falls into that category. Hope that helps! Jim
