2021 charger ran out of fuel. Added 10 gals of fuel. Wont start

We’re you consistently running it under a 1/4 tank of fuel? If so running out of fuel most likely finally killed the fuel pump. The fuel pump uses the fuel as a coolant, so anytime you run less than a 1/4 tank you are uncovering the pump thus causing it to run hotter than normal and so shortening its life.

Fuel pump is crispy. Congrats you just bought a $400+ fuel pump module. To verify add some starting fluid spray and crank it if it tries to start fuel pump is "burned up" ps keep at least half tank in to keep pump cool,fuel is the coolant/lubrication for pump
