My water pump blew while driving and the car overheated and the head gasket
failed . I replaced the pump and thermo Stat  and ran some blue devil gasket
sealer through the system and it worked. Only concern at this point is the
upper radiator hose  is expanding and looks like it will explode. This is my daily
driver and I can't afford any more parts right now. Any ideas

Sounds like combustion gasses are pressuring up the system causing the hose to expand. Is the hose an original to the car or has it been replaced?
