My Ford Mustang 1995 GT will not crank. There is no issue with the theft light flashing or anything but the outside lights headlights tail lights Flash for about 30 seconds. Could it just be the start

Dead battery or a bad starter are possibilities. Both can be tested at your local auto parts store. Make sure the battery terminals and cable ends are clean and tight.
