It should work, it is a pre transponder key vehicle, those started around 1996. Though you will have to spend money. You will need a new battery, and make sure you drain the fuel tank first before you crank over the car, the gas is no longer good. Search the internet, Car has sat for 3 years what do do before starting. This will give you the steps to perform before you start the car. Then you will need tires and possibly brakes, if they are rusted, etc. Good Luck on your project.
