why wont my fog lights work on my 96 lexus es300?

most times its the globes burnt out, then relay, fuse, or ground

@7jimmy7 thanx I checked bulbs they are good. I also checked and made sure relay clicked , it did and my fog lights fuse looks good also . anything else you might think would be a problem?
If you have your high beams on the fog lights automatically so as to not blind oncoming drivers. Also most fog/driving lights do not operate without the main lights being on.
fog lights cut off automatically so as not to blind other drivers.
If you change the head lights to hid you might want to change the polarity on the fog light wire. Meaning put the negative to the positive and try that.
