99 lexus misfiring multiple cylinders?

99 lexus started running rough and the engine light
started flashing. ran the codes and they came back
that cylinders #1,2,4,6 are misfiring and that the fuel
is too rich. what would be causing that? thank you!

I would start from scratch on a car that old. Change air filter, replace plugs, AND 02 sensors. I'm willing to bet you you have bad 02s. Wouldn't hurt to clean your MAF while your at it
