I was driving my car stop in the road then i
try to stared again but didn't work

I sent my car to mechanic but he couldn't find the problem

Then you need another mechanic. A Lexus that will not start is easy for a competent mechanic. But please, may I ask is the little red LED light on the dash blinking with key in?

Did your carpet ever get wet ? It's an electronic car. There are a lot of electronic related things that can go wrong with cars and sometimes it is very hard to find what is causing the problem.. ie; ECU, ECM computers, sensors, etc.

The RED LED light on dash didn't blinking

Ok, then it's not the anti-theft immobilizer preventing you car from starting since the red LED is not blinking. Your key is being recognized by the ECU, So it could be so many things, - The basics... spark, fuel and timing. That car has a timing belt, not a chain. Hopefully it didn't snap. Or jump time. How many miles or age on timing belt? And by the way, Merry Christmas to You and yours Gilson. Hope you and family are safe and well and happy.

104000 miles and the timing belt i just got new one. Thank you for your help and happy merry Christmas too you and your family.
