Sounds like your tire pressure sensor warning. Check air pressure in all five tires.

http://us.lexusownersclub.com/forums/topic/74416-tire-pressure-reset- button-not-located/ -- if all tire pressures are correct (30 psi on your model I believe) and light does not go out then you have a reset button under dash by your right knee. Press and hold for thirty seconds light should blink three times then go out.
