It really depends on abuse or how miles got driven, street vs freeway and type of maintenance given during these past years but it's not that bad for the price

I wouldn't do it. To buy a used car from a used car lot with that many miles is just begging for trouble. Unless they have impeccable maintenance records for the car since new (doubtful), you're taking a big gamble. That might seem like a great price but it won't when you find yourself paying to replace a head gasket or transmission.
