Well it could be metal belt is longer buy used thus new belt is necessary and cleaning of hollow spears and etc or changing out some parts which is very very expensive thus why they stop making them proned to failure after 60,000 -75,000 miles their was some recalls check your vin number there was a extended warranty from gm to 75,000 or so thus need to check out these possibly after fixing sale asap problems transmission some swaps are possible to asain f23 ( fee is v6 transmission only different from f23 is bell hosing that can be swap out with a f23 bell housing for 2.2 or 2.4 4 cylinders ) wiring harnesses need switching out too and made reprogramming of tcm the older one for 2003 -2094 I know about but newer ecm and faster tcm is unknown to me but possibly to TCM hummm ;^)
