Leaking lime green substance, by the radiator. But dont think it is coming from the radiator because the fluid I put in the radiator is an orange/brown. I am thinking it is my air. Is that possible.

That sound like an anti-freeze leak. There are no other fluids that are green. The orange brown is rust which means your cooling system needs to be flushed.

Green substance could be a dye used to detect A/C refrigerant leaks. Do some more looking to isolate the leak.
