I don't know engine size? The picture is for 3.0L engine v6. How hot does it get in degrees F? Do the radiator fans or fan run? If it is overheating, the fan should run. Any applicable trouble codes for cooling system or anything? Check the thermostat, check coolant flow, cool engine. I'm sure I'm leaving something out. Good luck.
The fans do operate, and cool the engine it is 3 l6 cup. However the air conditioner and heater neither when in use blow much heat or though air is cold it doesn't push out a whole lot. And after the belt was put on which u didn't answer if serpentine belt goes on top of water pump or bottom(dude thought he may of put it on backwards) anyway after that belt was changed and I drove like a mile it got maximum hot I didnt Gage it by any degree I knew it was hot plus parts of the old serpentine belt had to burn off cause the tensioner pulley locked up, tapped the thermo to see if it needed opened up that didn't resolve the overheat, and know this the check engine light constantly is on as well as the battery light start flashing so does oil change soon light flashes. Oh the night it overheated I couldn't get the vue to start up again for like a day it was as if the battery didn't keeps its charge. It did start up thou 2 days later without a jump
I gave you the belt diagram, the belt goes over the top of water pump. You can put mouse arrow on diagram and click to enlarge. If check engine lite is on, check for applicable trouble codes. In my area, some of the national brand auto stores will check codes for free. As far as hvac blower motor, does it change speeds using controls? Make sure battery has a full charge and charging system is ok.
