i replace a heat sensor a month ago now it has went out again what should i do

Was it factory or aftermarket? You should use genuine factory sensors, most aftermarket don’t work right or fail quickly.

The part may have been a cheep P.O.S. Where did you get it ? Buy OEM -AC Delco parts when possible
