BlowING white smoke

My 1995 Ford Ranger 4.0 blowing white
smoke.smells like unburned gas at tailpipe?what
could be the cause.no water in coolant or anything
so I don't think it's a head gasket.

Is this only when the engine is cold? If so that is normal.

Did u figure it out, I think I might have the same issue with my 02 ranger?

I had the same issue - except it was ALL the time. I made it MUCH better by replacing braided ground straps underneath each door on my 1997 Ford Ranger V6 4.0. The ground straps had completely corroded. It was causing error codes for the hot air sensors as well.

Thanks its hard to crank sound like a loud vale it gets louder when I try to push gas but has no power
