Subaru Baja motor swap

Asked by Brandon Nov 11, 2018 at 05:49 PM about the 2005 Subaru Baja Turbo

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I found a good deal on 2016 Subaru STI that's
crashed but only has two thousand miles on it I'm
wondering how hard it would be to take that motor
and put it in my 2005 Subaru Baja Turbo. Besides
the ECU the motor should bolt right onto the
transmission and I'm good to go?. Am I going to
have difficulty with wiring or anything else thank
you
