Question type: Maintenance & Repair

It has a new fuel pump. I'm pretty sure its getting spark it
has new spark plugs. When it sets for a little bit it will tey to
start and its very rough and then it clams down and just
cranks and cranks.

I called Subaru and they said the filter is non- serviceable. I looked online and the only one I could find was $100. So no I didn't. And it was when the car stopped working. The cruise control light was blinking as well.
