Why Won't My Ford Crank

My 2007 ford f550 spins over, but won't crank. TBC Fault pops up in the dash. What do I do?

Ford F550 Gauges

The fuel temp and trans temp gauges will go dead then pick back up after a few seconds while running and driving. Changed some fuses checked the wiring harness. Any ideas why this is happening?
