What Are Best Tires For 2011 Rav 4, Limited 4wd, 4cyl

I have 39,000 miles on tires, mechanic told me today I need 4 new tires. Also, I live in snow country (near Buffalo, NY) so would need (I think) all weather tires & looking for recommendations plz.
