Charges their customers to fill out paperwork!!! My business would die immediately if I charged my customers for detailed invoices. And they try to make us believe that they are required to do this by law!!!!! This makes a not so good deal HORRIBLE

The salesperson I dealt with with obviously at the bottom of the totem pole, because every suggestion had to be checked with her very un-supportive manager. When I brought a potentially serious mechanical issue to their attention, the car was sold to another unsuspecting customer.
