1 star is too generous. The salesman tried to convince me this car only required a $600 (parts and labour) fix and that it would be perfect for our family. When confirming what was needed with our own mechanic, we were told it was a MULTIPLE THOUSAND dollar job, with the part alone costing well over $1500. Beware.

I was contacted by a sales representative and set up a time to come and look at the vehicle. I made arrangements with my work to book the time off and asked my wife as the vehicle was for her to meet me as I work just outside of Airdrie. The sales rep e-mailed me to ask if we were still coming to look at the vehicle and I replied yes. My wife drove 30 minutes from home to meet me as we live an hour north of Calgary, as we met up, I received another e-mail to say we can't look at it as it's on the hoist in the garage. I replied that this was disappointing. Instead of him allowing us to first look at the vehicle he said I needed to put a deposit down so no one could purchase the vehicle as he had another person coming in to look at it the following day. I feel like the sales rep should have been more aware of what was going on with this vehicle instead of having people book time off work and drive unnecessarily especially considering the cost of fuel. Very Disappointed.

Amazing experience front to back. I came 600 km to buy this vehicle and they made it extremely seamless.

Dealer responded both by calling and texting (as I was unable to answer the former). Refreshingly honest about the state of the vehicle and provided alternative options.
