It was a very horrible experience. After agreeing to all T&C to get a used Hyundai Tucson, They called to tell me that i am not eligible for financing. Then they called again after an hour to tell me “Good news, you’re approved for a NEW HYUNDAI VENUE”. How did i not get approved for a used car and I'm getting approved for a brand new car?????
